How do I bypass or overide these annoying things? I tried to fly the fleet 757 and when i finally get through some 100 alerts, I get an error and FSX must close.

Mine does the the same thing. I just keep hitting RUN and YES until all the files have been entered. Also looking for the
answer to your question on bypassing this if any.

You can't. Not if you want the aircraft to work as intended. It's basically FS saying "hey, these aren't gauges that came with me, do I let them run or what?" All you can do is go through the Run-Yes cycle until they stop appearing. If you say No to any of them you will disable that gauge until you restart FSX and select that aircraft again.
(By the way, the fleet 737 has about 134 of them the first time you select it. I counted.)

I hit all those but the real problem occurs is when I'm all done, FSX tries to load the flight, but then it crashes. Happens all the time.
