Another little tip to do is google the flight number. 90% of the time it will show the flight status and what gates are being used

Just an FYI, if you have the latest version of MakeRwys (4.60) from Peter Dowson, type 'MakeRwys.exe \DAL' in a command prompt and it will put a txt file of all Delta gates for every add-on airport you have in FS9/FSX. This also works for other airlines, just use the ICAO three digit code in place of DAL.

I google the flight number then use the ifly website to gate a gate map of that terminal

I'm actually not sure if it goes /XXX or \XXX with XXX being the airline code.
