So I dont know much about computers and I was hoping someone here could answer this for me. I am looking into getting the NGX but dont know whether I will be able to get decent frames without the settings being low. Here are my specs:
Windows 32-bit
Processor: Intell Core 2 Duo CPU E8400@3.00GHz
Ram: 4GB (3.25 usable)
Graphics: GeForce 7800 GT 1.663GB memory

If I had to guess I'd say you can expect to average no lower than 25 ....it's tough to say though. The NGX is a cool plane, the best out there. PMDG went to great lengths to optimize their product. You won't be disappointed.
