Well kind of a big problem. I don't use my keyboard primarily to fly but I use it for ATC, etc. So my problem is: When I went on FS2004 today and started a flight, none of the default key assignments worked. I went into the settings and found out that there were no keys assigned. Sorry if I confused you but I can't really fly without the keyboard... I am just asking my friendly virtual coworkers if any of you know how to fix it

I think reinstalling FS is the only way to reset keyboard assignments.
If you want to avoid reinstalling - http://fsrijnmond.airworld.nl/PDF%20bestanden/FS2004-Toetsenbordcommando's.pdf

Thanks but I have tried entering the Assignments manually but they won't save for the next time to start FS. Also, if I reinstall FS, will I need to reinstall all my addons?

99% sure yes to having to reinstall everything. I haven't used FS9, so I can't be 100% sure.
As for not saving, are you sure that you're saving them before closing the window?

UGH reinstalling all my sceneries and aircraft would be a nightmare. I have hundreds of freeware and payware products. I think I was saving it. I enter the key assignments and then press "ok" on the page. I am going to try and mess around with it now and see if I can figure it out. I am just so confused as to why this just suddenly happened, literally overnight.
